If you follow Savvy Wellness and Health on Instagram you may remember a recent #FreedomFriday post. Whenever I talk about freedom in healthy living, a few things happen: I get really fired up, because this is IMPORTANT. Other people share their appreciation over the message, because it’s not one they are hearing many other places and it speaks obviously honest truth to their heart.
Do you ever not feel like exercising? In a perfect world, we would love our fitness regiments so much that we looked forward to doing our daily exercise. Of course, our world isn’t perfect and I know you likely don’t look forward to rolling out of bed at 5am to get in your morning sweat session each day. But hopefully, loving your method of staying active isn’t a totally foreign concept for you.
Sometimes, we just have to recharge our batteries. If we don’t expect our electronics (I’m looking at you, smart phones) to run forever without being charged, why would we possibly expect our own bodies and minds to perform constantly for us without taking time to intentionally “recharge” and refuel?
