Call me the luckiest girl in the world, but I have grandparents that live right outside of Destin, Florida and it is the best thing ever.
We finally did it. We broke out our grill, and when I say we ‘broke it out’ I mean that we opened the box and assembled it. We were pretty dang proud of our accomplishment, but little did we know how much more proud we would be after actually using the thing.
For Memorial Day dinner, we headed to a friend’s house to celebrate. It was especially meaningful since most of the men of our gathered group are currently serving their country in the US Air Force. It was a night full of good food, great conversation, lots of laughter and friendships strengthened.
